Acai bowls are my favorite summertime treat! These gorgeous bowls are perfect for breakfast {or lunch or dinner in my opinion} and are not only healthy but super customizable. You can use pretty much any kind of fruits and blending liquids to create your own perfect bowl. As intimidating as they can look, the ingredients are few and the process is super simple.

What you need:
-Frozen acai packet
-Your choice of frozen fruit (appx. 1-1/2 cups)
-Your choice of blending liquid (appx. 1 cup)
-Your choice of fresh fruit (to taste)
-Your choice of toppings (to taste)

How to:
1. In a blender, mix up your acai packet, frozen fruit, and blending liquid. You can customize your bowl with any kind of frozen fruit and your choice of juice or milk. To adjust the consistency, you can add more liquid to thin or more fruit to thicken.

2. After transferring your blended mixture to a bowl, you can finish it off with the fresh fruit and toppings of your choice. I prefer simple bowls with only a few fruits, granola, and chia seeds.

3. Enjoy! I told you this was super simple! You can go as simple or as elaborate as you want, and because you can change up your ingredients and toppings, you'll never get sick of this sweet treat.
